Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Trainee in Quality at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in healthcare and quality management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance on quality procedures to staff members.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
