Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greetings of the day,

Role: Payroll Executive/ Assistant Manager

Experience: - 2-5 years

Shift time:- 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location:- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

End-to-end payroll processing using HRMS (monthly salary, arrears, incentives, reimbursements).
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data integration with HRMS.
Maintain payroll records, reconciliations, and employee payout accuracy.

Compliance & Statutory Filings:

Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS) deductions & challans.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and liaising with authorities.
Keep updated with changes in labor laws, taxation, and HR compliance.

HRMS Administration:

Configure, update, and troubleshoot payroll modules in HRMS.
Coordinate with HRMS vendor for enhancements, integration, or issue resolution.
Generate MIS reports CTC structure, payroll cost, headcount, and trend analysis.

Employee Support:

Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
Guide employees on tax declarations, Form-16, and investment proofs.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data.
