Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Searching & Tracking

  • Conduct daily searches for new tenders on various government portals (GeM, CPP, etc.), private platforms, newspapers, and media.
  • Identify and shortlist tenders relevant to the company's expertise, current interests, and new verticals.
  • Meticulously track tender release dates, deadlines, and amendments.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive master database of all searched tenders.

2. Tender Synopsis & Feasibility Analysis

  • Prepare detailed tender synopsis reports, highlighting key requirements, eligibility criteria, and critical deadlines.
  • Conduct initial cost-benefit analysis to assist management in decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the HOD to assess the feasibility and strategic fit of each tender.
  • Document potential risks and opportunities associated with tender participation.

3. Management of Certificates & Credentials

  • Gather, compile, and manage all project completion certificates, ISO certifications, and financial documents.
  • Ensure all certificates are duly verified and readily available for bid submissions.
  • Liaise with clients and authorities for the timely issuance of necessary certificates.

4. Company Registration & Enlistment

  • Manage the end-to-end process of registering the company with government bodies like PWD, CPWD, Railways, and various PSUs (NTPC, BHEL, ONGC, etc.).
  • Handle vendor registration with private sector giants (L&T, Tata Projects, etc.).
  • Proactively track renewal deadlines and manage the upgrade of contractor registration categories (e.g., Class I, II, III) to qualify for higher-value projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Any Graduate. A degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or an MBA will be an advantage.
  • Experience:

    1 to 4 years in a similar role, specifically in

    tender searching, synopsis, and government/PSU registration within the infrastructure sector.


  • Technical Skills:

    • Expert-level proficiency in using government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills for preparing synopsis and reports.
    • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel for database management.
