Job Profile- Executive Technical Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our sales team as an Executive Technical Support. This unique role combines exceptional customer service with in-depth product knowledge and sales expertise to enhance our clients' salon experience and drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit salons to provide professional training and live demos to beauticians and salon staff.

Conduct hands-on training and provide new product knowledge to technicians in open markets.

Visit markets with sales officers to provide demos and training, directly ensuring the "sale in and sale out" of products within salons.

Organize and host seminars, cluster trainings, and product launching events for visitors and customers.

Provide hands-on demonstrations of products and tools, showcasing proper usage and techniques.

Serve as the trusted technical point of contact, maintaining a strong bond with salon owners to answer their technical queries.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products, with a focus on their technical specifications, ingredients, benefits, and proper application.

Engage clients in detailed consultations to identify their specific needs and concerns, then expertly recommend and demonstrate relevant products and services to achieve their desired results.

Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and long-term skin health strategies.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for retail products.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the beauty, retail, or a technically-focused environment.

Strong interest in and aptitude for understanding technical product details and ingredients.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively close sales.
