• Manage the complete talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding of candidates
• Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals including Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering), Operations (Production, Quality, SCM), and Support functions (Finance, HR, IT, QMS)
• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and platforms to attract and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates, ensuring both role alignment and cultural fit
• Conduct detailed pre-screening of candidates before presenting profiles to hiring managers for evaluation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve hiring processes
• Enhance the overall candidate experience through consistent engagement and professional interactions
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets
• Stakeholder and People Management skills
• Experience in manufacturing/ production recruitment is preferable
• Strong High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus
• Collaborative and effective teamwork
• Ownership and sense of urgency
