Executive-Talent acquisition

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Bangalore as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in NLP, Fullstack, and Database Developer roles. This role will focus on executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Design & implement overall recruitment strategy.
• Create and update job descriptions and publish job ads in various portals.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
• Coordinating with the hiring managers in scheduling interviews
• Act as SPOC for all recruitment related activities
• Update and maintain a recruitment database and share the reports to the Manager regularly
• Other general HR tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with 1+ years experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good business communication , email etiquette, and phone etiquettes
• Soft spoken and punctual
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned task and deliver within set timelines
• Good MS Excel skills
• Well versed with job portals.
