As a part of Just Tails Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement and dispatch process to ensure the timely and proper handling of raw materials and finished goods. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving raw material and finished goods promptly and accurately. - Dispatching finished goods for both online and offline orders efficiently. - Maintaining accurate books and records. - Providing support in unpacking, packing, and packaging of goods. - Driving process efficiencies and guiding team members on various operational areas. - Collaborating with team members to develop process improvement initiatives. - Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely closure of goods receiving and dispatch. - Undertaking any other business support roles as necessary. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a product-based organization within the supply chain, procurement, or production roles. - A graduation qualification is mandatory. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in India. - Understanding of procurement and dispatch processes and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all records. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player, and excellent communicator with both written and oral proficiency. Prior experience in procurement and dispatch processes within a product-based organization will be advantageous.
