Job Summary:

Executive Stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of inward/outward materials and stock updates
  
• Handle physical verification of inventory and daily stock entries
  
• Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, and logistics teams
  
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials and stock movement tracking
  
• Manage GRNs, delivery challans, and stock documentation
  
• Maintain stock reports and assist in monthly audits
  

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com or similar)
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge of storekeeping, stock handling, and logistics
  
• Familiarity with Excel and basic ERP software
  
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and work with minimal supervision
