Role Overview: As a Material Handling and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory and ensuring smooth inward and outward logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include handling materials, coordinating dispatches, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods. - Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage of materials. - Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. - Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions as needed. - Ensure timely inward entry of materials with proper GRN documentation. - Plan and coordinate dispatches based on production and customer requirements. - Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents. - Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth operations. - Maintain accurate records of transactions in ERP or Excel. - Ensure all documents are properly filed and traceable for audits. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage of materials. - Follow company safety protocols and housekeeping standards. - Support lean inventory practices such as 5S and Zoho Inventory. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices. - Hands-on experience in Zoho Inventory, ERP, SAP, Tally, or Excel-based systems. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or Diploma in Material Management).
