Job Description

Stores Executive – Roles Responsibilities.

Supervised daily store operations to maintain smooth workflows, operational eAiciency, and full compliance with company policies. 2. Oversaw stock receipt, verification, and organized storage to maintain accurate inventory levels and eAicient stock management.
Ensured timely completion of GRN and submission of invoices to the accounts department.
Ensured timely issuance of materials to production, supporting smooth workflow and preventing operational delays.
Conducted regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records.
Supported in training, guiding, and monitoring staA to improve performance, eAiciency, and service quality.
Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics activities, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
Maintained 5S standards across store areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational eAiciency.
Good Knowledge about SAP.
