Job Title: Executive - Service Excellence

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Service Excellence department as an Executive. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or service-oriented role. The Executive will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall service quality
