Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop novel organic synthesis routes through literature search, patent analysis, and technical discussions with team members. Execute experimental work on new projects, including planning, execution, and optimization of reactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Conduct analytical testing and characterization of products using various techniques such as NMR, IR, GC-MS etc. Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and data analysis. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry from a recognized university. Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
