Role Overview: As an Executive/ Sr. Executive / Lead- Talent Acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. Your expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent. - Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in hiring efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically handling a high volume hiring portfolio. - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and proficiency in sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholders. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
