Executive / Sr. Executive HR Recruitment

As an Executive / Senior Executive HR (Recruitment) at our Sakinaka, Andheri office, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on bulk hiring for BPO/KPO roles. Your primary goal will be to source, attract, screen, and select the best talent to meet the organization's workforce goals. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resource Recruitment, you are expected to possess strong expertise in recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Your key responsibilities will include talent acquisition through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies. You will conduct initial screenings, shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit, and organize interviews in coordination with hiring managers. Keeping candidates informed about their application status, assisting in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and ensuring effective onboarding for new hires will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will support campus hiring and other recruitment events to attract top talent. With 14 years of experience in bulk hiring for the BPO/KPO industry, you are expected to bring valuable insights and expertise to the recruitment process. Your ability to effectively manage recruitment processes, select the right candidates, and contribute to the organization's workforce goals will be crucial for success in this role.
