Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publishing, community engagement, and platform optimization.
  • Work closely with internal creative, product, and brand teams to deliver aligned messaging.
  • Handle community response management and monitor brand sentiment.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for brand campaigns, launches, and collaborations.
  • Handle end-to-end influencer coordination: briefing, negotiations, content approval, timeline adherence, and performance tracking.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with content creators and talent managers.

Agency Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with social media and influencer marketing agencies.
  • Share clear briefs, review campaign proposals, and oversee timely and quality execution.
  • Track agency performance and ensure alignment with brand goals and KPIs.

Website Management

  • Manage daily content updates on the brand website, including banners, offers, product info, blogs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor site performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Support SEO initiatives in coordination with digital and performance marketing teams.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key social media and influencer metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and ROI.
  • Generate regular dashboards and campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Leverage analytics to refine strategies and guide future content and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 27 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (brand-side experience preferred).
  • Proven success in managing digital agencies and influencer collaborations.
  • Solid understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and digital performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and related platforms.
