Roles and Responsibilities Looking for Executive / Sr Executive / Asst Manager / Manager - HR & BD to manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Sourcing potential candidates from various Job Portals (Naukri / Monster / Indeed etc.) & Social Media (LinkedIn / Twitter / Facebook etc.) Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process. Conduct regular follow-ups with the team. Administrative duties and record keeping, filing, and documentation. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Advertise job openings on companies' careers pages, social media, job boards, and internally. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be a Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and handling Job Portals. recruitments, etc. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferable as resume databases. Familiarity with RMS in Naukri. Computer proficiency is essential along with impressive communication skills.
