Experience: Proven work experience of 6 to 8 years preferably in Fashion Retail.
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities :
1. Merchandising planning / New Season Launch2. Weekly store wise new stock allocation and replenishment 3. OTB calculation new season buying as per sale and base stock 4. Co-ordination with warehouse for stock dispatches and new stock GRN5. Follow up with RTV process at the end of every season or within the season 6. Season wise store base stock working 7. Daily, Weekly & Monthly report ie. Sell thru analysis, Top & Bottom sellers, Net week cover analysis etc. Functional Skills: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven resolution skills. 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 3. Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. 4. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.5. Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative.6. Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, and others encountered in the course of employment. 7. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
