Executive / Senior Executive – Retail Planning

Experience: Proven work experience of 6 to 8 years preferably in Fashion Retail.

Job Descriptions:
1. Prepare targets by Distributor (category wise) for Tradeshow and day by day tracker2. Collate orders from all distributors recd. in the tradeshow3. Maintain and keep track on a daily basis -order - inward - billing -despatch - SKU wise and Distributor wise4. Ensuring Base stock fulfilment for each of the distributors | raising the alarm incase of issues5. Maintaining distributor wise GST (5%,12%,18%) as per the relevant brackets6. Connecting with the WH on a daily basis to keep track on the order fulfilment7. Ensuring timely despatch as per the needs of the MBO team8. Updating all relevant teams on stock availability by distributor - every alternate day9. Replenishment orders shared from time to time and processed basis the individual distributor wise requirement10. Maintaining Sales Order tracker - door wise 460 doors - SKU wise11. Tertiary Sale Update on a monthly basis12. Updating monthly seasonal Sell Thru - distributor wise13. Ensuring photoshoot completion at a style level before the Tradeshow and updating the title of all the images for easy access14. Preparing Packing Slip for the production team15. Maintain track of Samples from the WH for the purpose of photoshoot16. Keeping track of Return from MBO - Distributor wiseFunctional Skills: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven resolution skills. 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 3. Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. 4. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.5. Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative.6. Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, and others encountered in the course of employment. 7. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.8. Ensure timely dispatch of merchandise9. Getting barcodes printed with their local currency pricing 10. Update the relevant teams for any delays in merchandise launch
