Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Taking:
Conduct regular stock taking to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
Material Receipt:
Verify and receive materials, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
Stock Register:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock registers, including recording of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
Store Keeping:
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Stores Activities:
Plan, organize, and supervise stores activities, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
Creating GRN:
Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Operating ERP/SAP:
Operate ERP/SAP systems for inventory management, material receipt, and stock updates.
Data Entry:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of inventory transactions, including material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
Material Inward & Outward:
Manage material inward and outward processes, ensuring accurate documentation and authorization.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards in the stores and logistics operations.
Team Management:
Supervise and develop a team of stores personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize stores operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
