About the Role

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for 30–40 non-IT positions monthly across departments like HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Admin, Logistics, Customer Support, etc.
• Understand manpower requests and create compelling job descriptions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and networking.
  
• Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate fitment, and coordinate interviews.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, offers, joining).
  
• Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers.
  
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain an updated recruitment dashboard and MIS reports.
  
• Manage vendor coordination when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field.
  

• 2–5 years of experience

  in Non-IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to handle

  high-volume hiring

  (30–40 positions/month).
• Strong sourcing expertise using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
  
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools is a plus.
