Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance professional with strong treasuryand capital management expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-onexperience in managing banking relationships, working capital, loan facilities,forex transactions, and import/export finance.

As an Executive / Senior Executive - Finance at Ultraviolette Automotive, you will be responsible for the below :

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and other banking needs.

Oversee loan management, including documentation, disbursements, repayments, and compliance.

Drive working capital management strategies to optimize fund utilization.

Handle forex transactions and manage currency risks effectively.

Coordinate import & export documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Monitor and report on treasury KPIs, fund positions, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies in all finance-related matters.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Finance / CA / ICWA (preferred).

67 years of relevant experience in treasury, loan management, and banking operations.

Proven exposure to forex transactions, import/export finance, and working capital management.

Strong negotiation skills with banks and institutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
