General Accounting Standards - Ledger , book keeping
Prepare and file returns
: Prepare and file GST returns , GST Filing
Handle TDS
: Ensure TDS is calculated, deducted, and paid accurately and on time. Handle
Reconcile accounts
: Reconcile vendor ledgers, accounts payable, and bank accounts.
Perform financial analysis
: Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including adjusting entries. Support ad-hoc financial analysis.
Vendor Payments , Invoice Processing , Payables , Receivables
Stay updated
: Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy.

Other tasks that may be included in the role of a general accountant with TDS and GST reconciliation responsibilities include:

Preparing invoices and payment memos
Preparing monthly expense reports
Managing payables and receivables
Managing day-to-day expense management
Managing taxation matters related to business transactions
Managing compliance matters related to business
Preparing financial statements

Candidate should have done his MBA or PGDM finance/ MCOM or CA ( Inter) with minimum of 3-8 years experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably from Manufacturing Industry
