Executive / Senior Executive - Factory HR Compliances

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage compliance activities at our Phaltan Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain compliance records, and liaise effectively with government officials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all factory-related compliances as per statutory requirements, including labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
  
• Handle statutory returns, licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.
  
• Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and other documentation as required by the authorities.
  
• Conduct internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory norms.
  
• Address and resolve compliance issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, Labor Welfare Fund, etc.).
  
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and other regulatory requirements and ensure compliance accordingly.
  
• Support the plant HR team in compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  
• Handle grievance management and resolve employee issues in line with compliance requirements.
• Should have hands on experience of Contract Labour Management

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of factory compliance, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective liaison with government authorities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
  

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in HR compliance management in a manufacturing or plant setup.
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex compliance issues independently.
