As an Executive/Senior Executive Customer Success at NowPurchase, your role is crucial in managing existing clients and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand the customer base. - Secure repeat orders by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service to existing clients. - Conduct periodic client visits to strengthen relationships and understand evolving needs. - Design, execute, and track sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and business goals. Qualifications: - Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in sales. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric mindset. - Sales-driven attitude with a focus on problem-solving and team collaboration.
