Job Description

we are looking for the finance professional responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Banking operation. He / She must have handled verification, processing, issuance, reconciliation with bank statements and internal records, and accurately entering all transactions into SAP (HANA).

RESPONSABILITIES

Receive, verify, and process incoming cheques, ensuring accuracy of details like amount, date, payee, and endorsement.
Prepare and issue outgoing RTGS / Cheques for vendor payments and other disbursements, adhering to company policies and authorized limits.
Regularly reconcile bank statements specifically focusing on cheques clearances, identifying and resolving discrepancies or uncleared cheques promptly.
Track and reconcile issued cheques with internal records, ensuring accurate accounting and ageing analysis.
Execute transactions in SAP, including the recording of incoming and outgoing cheques, associating them with relevant invoices, payments, and accounts.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all cheques processing and banking transactions in SAP.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the reconciliation and finalization accounts
