Job Description

7.1 Co-ordinating with customer to get additional samples for MRSL exclusive submission 7.2 Operating the BV Lab as per ten step process for scanning on day today samples, 7.3 E-Mailing the report as per said PAID procedure 7.4 Providing supports to customer regarding Higg platform, ZDHC Gateway & BVE3 portal. 7.5 Follow up with lab for the result status. 7.6 Receive the query (Technical & non-technical) from customer and reply to them within the same day. 7.7 Handling the client like Adidas, C&A, Benetton, H&M, Tesco, Ralph Lauren, GAP, Aldi, PUMA, Decathlon and incorporating their updation in lab. 7.8 E-Mailing interlab results and follow up with subcontract lab to get the results. 7.9 ZDHC Final report cross verify before going to the customer. 7.10 Maintain Report TAT and to meet brand time line. 7.11 Result disclosure in ZDHC gateway. 7.12 We follow & comply with the brand requirement 7.13 Support invoice team to generate final invoice based on agreed price 7.14 Getting PU enrollment in e3 service. 7.15 Providing kick-off training to customers. 7.16 Clarifying doubts of supplier about e3 technical report & In-Check report. 7.17 Higg verification arrangements including booking confirmation with factory, verifier assignment, travel arrangements incase of onsite validation, create online meetings incase of remote validation. 7.18 IBMS portal work like, client creation in IBMS by help of global team, generating inspection number and closing orders. 7.19 We create private / public training sessions in ZDHC academy and invite customer to utilize our sustainability training programs. 7.20 Frequently follow ZDHC newsletters & events and do the webinar registrations, this is to understand program updates. 7.21 Prepare and maintain summarized data of all the program and their corresponding revenues. 7.22 Sales Outreaches to suppliers & promote the ZDHC Services for business development.
