Role Overview

This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting Indian clients who are interested in purchasing properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for real estate and investment opportunities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across India interested in Dubai real estate.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other outreach methods.
• Present Dubai property opportunities to clients via online meetings, calls, or in-person sessions when required.
• Coordinate with the Dubai sales team to manage client inquiries, property tours, and deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Support marketing activities and local events that promote Dubai real estate investment.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property trends, project launches, and developer partnerships.

Requirements
