Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to join RevaaOne as our first India-based team member. This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting Indian clients who are interested in purchasing properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for real estate and investment opportunities in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients across India interested in Dubai real estate. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other outreach methods. Present Dubai property opportunities to clients via online meetings, calls, or in-person sessions when required. Coordinate with the Dubai sales team to manage client inquiries, property tours, and deal closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools. Support marketing activities and local events that promote Dubai real estate investment. Stay updated on Dubai's property trends, project launches, and developer partnerships. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales , real estate , wealth management , or investment advisory . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making with high-net-worth clients. Basic understanding of the UAE real estate market (training will be provided).
