Executive Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: The Executive Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in the preparation of sales documents and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate sales activities and maintain sales records. 2. Prepare quotations and sales proposals. 3. Assist in the development of sales presentations. 4. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. 5. Provide administrative support to the sales team.

**Qualifications and Requirements: 1. 0-2 years of experience in a sales coordination role. 2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 3. Strong organizational and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in end coordination and sales support.
