RDC Concrete

Role & responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to customers after concrete delivery to gather feedback on product quality, delivery experience, and overall satisfaction. Record and maintain accurate feedback data in the system or provided reports. Identify and escalate customer issues or complaints to the respective plant or sales team for resolution. Conduct telemarketing calls to potential customers to promote RDC Concretes products and services. Maintain daily call logs, NPS reports and summaries of customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience and retention. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or inquiries. Ensure high levels of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions. Handle day today operational issues related to RDC CRM Mobile application Preferred candidate profile : Graduate in any stream (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling customer service Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets) Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
