Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit hospitals to collect required documents related to patients’ claims and cases.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.
  • Maintain proper records of collected documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Liaise with hospital staff and ensure smooth coordination for timely submission.
  • Follow up with hospitals for pending or missing documents.
  • Report discrepancies, mismatched, or fraudulent documents to the concerned authority.
  • Update Excel sheets / internal system regularly for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Support the claims and operations team by providing accurate documentation on time.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with hospital staff.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation procedures.
  • Good observation and verification skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct regular hospital visits.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
