Executive / RM Sales

As a Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in real estate or related services like banking or insurance, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Execution of Pre and Post Sales Activities**: - Facilitate customer site visits and explain project facilities. - Implement sales process SOP and follow the ODPEC sales model. - Encourage customers for physical site visits and provide information. - Follow up with customers to resolve doubts and ensure successful conversions. - Coordinate with the team for smooth project handover. - **Customer Engagement and Networking**: - Develop and maintain networking with existing and prospective customers. - Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. - Assist in collecting competition data through research. - Identify new brokers and network for smooth functioning. - Conduct regular corporate and product training for the sales team. - **Documentation and MIS**: - Coordinate with the Customer Service team for customer documentation. - Maintain sales reports and MIS accurately. **Qualifications Required**: - 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related services. - Product knowledge and market research skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Networking, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Desirable: Time management skills. In this role, you will be measured by: - Zero defects in sales MIS and reports. - Percentage of site visits converted to confirmed sales. - Achievement of sales targets. - Customer feedback.
