Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management:

  Maintain, update, and audit complex Excel files to ensure 100% data accuracy.

• Vendor & Courier Coordination:

  Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and courier partners to track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Internal Liaison:

  Follow up with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure cross-functional tasks are completed on time.

• Reporting:

  Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to various department heads.

• Client-Specific Tracking:

  Maintain detailed, customized reports for individual clients to track their specific orders, requirements, and history.

Desired Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel Skills:

  Must be proficient with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data formatting (Macro knowledge is a plus).

• Tally Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime for recording transactions and extracting financial data.

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective follow-ups via email and phone.

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to spot errors in large datasets and maintain organized records.

• Time Management:

  Capable of handling multiple follow-ups simultaneously without losing track of pending tasks.

• Experience:

  1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or back-office coordination.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Reporting Timeliness:

  Reports are shared with departments by the scheduled deadline.

• Data Integrity:

  Minimal errors found during periodic audits of Excel files.

• Resolution Speed:

  Average time taken to resolve courier or vendor delays
