Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Ownership:

    Manage the full order management cycle, from initial purchase request through to fulfillment and final delivery.
  • Inventory Control:

    Oversee stock levels for physical gift cards and merchandise, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment.
  • Digital Delivery:

    Ensure the integrity and security of digital voucher distribution systems (e-codes/APIs).

2. Financial Management & P&L Analysis

  • P&L Responsibility:

    Monitor the profitability of the voucher business, managing margins, COGS, and operational overheads.
  • Revenue Reporting:

    Analyze "breakage" (unredeemed vouchers) and redemption trends to forecast financial performance.
  • Audit & Compliance:

    Ensure all transactions align with financial regulations and internal audit standards.

3. Strategic Coordination & Collaboration

  • Sales & EM Teams:

    Act as the primary operational partner for Sales and Enterprise Management (EM) teams to support bulk corporate orders and bespoke gifting campaigns.
  • Finance Integration:

    Partner with the Finance department to streamline invoicing, payment reconciliations, and tax reporting.
  • Tech/Product Teams:

    Provide feedback for system enhancements to improve the voucher issuance and tracking platform.

4. Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Team Handling:

    Lead, mentor, and schedule a dedicated operations team to ensure KPIs (Turnaround Time, Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction) are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Translate raw operational data into comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.

Desired Profile

  • Experience:

    5+ years in Operations Management, specifically within the Gift Card, Loyalty, or Fintech industries.
  • Technical Savvy:

    Deep understanding of both physical logistics and digital voucher infrastructure (API integrations, secure distribution).
  • Analytical Prowess:

    Advanced Excel skills and experience with P&L statements and financial modeling.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional departments (Sales, Finance, and Client Success).
  • Leadership

    : Experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports in a high-pressure environment.
