Job Summary Strategy Talent Sourcing & Mapping: o Conduct thorough research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for executive roles globally. o Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other professional networks, to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates with a focus on diversity. Candidate Research & Profiling: o Analyze and understand job requirements and profiles to identify the best candidates. o Create detailed profiles and summaries for shortlisted candidates, highlighting their skills, experience, and fit for the role. Market Intelligence & Insights: o Gather and analyze market insights, competitor information, and industry trends to provide data-driven recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders. o Stay updated on the latest market movements and talent availability within the banking sector. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with the Executive Resourcing team and business leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies. o Provide regular updates and reports on the talent landscape, progress of searches, and challenges. Database Management & Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of candidate information, sourcing activities, and market insights in the internal database. o Prepare reports and presentations on talent research findings for executive-level stakeholders. Business Support the business needs as required. Prioritise live roles in agreement with Recruiters. Be aware of and understand the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates. Support the Bank-wide Diversity and Inclusion strategy aligned to business objectives and talent processes. Processes Participate in the search process, in partnership with Recruiters, balancing multiple projects within agreed-upon time frames, and adjusting priorities and strategies as necessary. Full responsibility for the generation of relevant candidates for each project, including mapping the market; screening appropriate candidates; relevant market sourcing; preparing reports. Key Responsibilities Risk Management Identify, assess, and report risks pertaining to roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to data protection policies. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead the Executive Resourcing Team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients, Effective Financial Markets, Financial Crime Compliance, The Right Environment. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. TRAINING / EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in talent research, sourcing, or executive search within the banking or financial services industry. Proven ability to research, identify, and engage top-tier talent for senior-level roles. Strong understanding of the banking sector, including key players, market trends, and talent pools. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, CRM etc).
