Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Relationship Manager located in Dehra Dun. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with clients, delivering tailored life insurance solutions, and achieving business goals. The Executive Relationship Manager will handle lead generation, client acquisition, and servicing while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves driving sales initiatives, providing ongoing support to clients, and collaborating with the team to meet performance standards.

• Sales, lead generation, and client acquisition expertise
• Customer service and client support experience
• Ability to collaborate within a team and meet business targets
• Proficiency in life insurance products, sales strategies, and market understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
