Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role located in Noida. As an Executive, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing client inquiries, providing property consultation, helping clients in decision-making, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication are vital aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Client management and relationship-building skills to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in real estate consulting, property advisory, and market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to handle negotiations effectively.
Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving abilities complemented by a result-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using real estate management tools and CRM platforms is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
