- Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, and HACCP
- ISO 22000 certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Work proactively in 3 shifts to ensure consistent quality control
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product safety and quality
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and control non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Any life sciences degree / B.Tech Food technology
- ISO 22000 certification
- Experience with food safety management systems
- Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
