Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team for the role of Product Costing. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, calculating, and monitoring product costs, ensuring accuracy in cost data, and supporting decision-making processes related to pricing and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain product cost sheets.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs for accurate costing.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments to validate cost data.
• Monitor cost variances and provide insights for cost control.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies based on cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in product costing, preferably in the FMCG/cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
