Role & responsibilities

• Post-Graduation in HR/ Labor Relations/ Labor law compliances or equivalent
• 0-2 of industry experience in the area of HR Business Partner/Employee relations / compliance in IT/ITES sector.

Have understanding of the employee relations function and its legal frameworks.

Overall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section)

I. OPERATIONAL DELIVERY

1. Grievance Handling Support:

a. Ensure strict adherence to the established grievance resolution process and follow the organisational policies and Guidelines.

b. Assist in the drafting and preparation of documents for Disciplinary Proceedings and IC proceedings example, minutes of meeting, reports etc.

c. Support in the communication to the parties and committees (DC/DAC/IC).

d. Facilitate and organize meetings between the concerned parties during the Disciplinary Proceedings and IC proceedings.

e. Help in compiling exhibits or supporting materials of the case file related to Disciplinary Proceedings and IC proceedings.

f. Follow ups.

g. Support in the implement of any resolution action recommended by the Committee (DC/DAC/IC) to the Employee Relations team.

h. Maintaining strict confidentiality and protection of confidential and sensitive information.

2. Support in the appointment of members of Disciplinary Panel and Internal Committee.

3. Guideline Review

Support in the guideline review of Allianz India Guideline for Disciplinary Proceedings and Allianz India Guideline for Internal Complaints Committee till the closure.

4. Support in managing the Employee Relations Connect page.

5. Document and track all cases, prepare monthly and annual reports.

6. Data Analysis of cases.

7. Support in the POSH Annual report filing process.

8. Keep a check on the IC contact information on My Shadow App.

9. Support in Vendor empanelment on tenure expiration till the closure.

10. Keep a tab on the vendor billing.
