Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation

  • Assist in assigning resources to projects based on availability, skillset, and project requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date resource schedules and reports.
  • Flag potential resource conflicts or capacity issues to senior managers.
  • Help track upcoming resource needs.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work with project managers to understand upcoming project demands and timelines.
  • Communicate changes in resource availability or schedules to Senior Resources Managers.
  • Participate in weekly resourcing calls.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Update and maintain resource management tools, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in generating skills inventory updates.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and ensure accuracy of recorded hours.

Talent & Skills Support

  • Maintain a skills matrix for all team members.
  • Identify gaps in skill availability and communicate them to the senior resource managers.
  • Support onboarding scheduling for new team members and contractors.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, HR, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel(nice to have).

Preferred

  • Experience with resource management or recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle and resource planning concepts.
