As an Executive-PCR at Apollo Tyres Ltd in Chennai Office, your role is crucial in ensuring the warehouse of Passenger Car Radial Tyres operates at rated output while maintaining stipulated quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Improving Visual Inspection output in Daily Curing Production - Assuring quality of the process and tyres as per customer requirements (OE & Replacement) - Ensuring physical stock and inventory verification between FGS and BU4 (Cimcorp, SAPMII, and SAP) - Coordinating overall safety activities in BU4 Curing and Final Finish - Monitoring, analyzing, and circulating Daily MIS to stakeholders regarding Minor Rejection, Scrap, First Line Rejection, and Visual Output - Classifying NCMR on a daily basis - Improving final finish output through optimization of Visual Inspection output in PCR final finish - Adhering to quality and safety requirements in PCR final finish - Ensuring schedule adherence for MSA, Poison cake Test, Preventive maintenance, and Training - Training new TMTs in the respective BU relating to Curing, final finish, and safety - Ensuring all relevant documents like PIBS/SAP/MII are complete as per the procedure in PCR final finish - Maintaining discipline in PCR final finish - Promoting people participation in improvement activities like 5S, Kaizen, QCC, and innovation programs in PCR final finish You are expected to have knowledge in: - TPM/TQM knowledge - Lean manufacturing methods - 5S systems - Tyre Manufacturing - Technical knowledge of operation of machines in the BU - Production Planning - PIBS/MII/SAP - Safety requirements across processes - Customer requirements (internal/external) Your skills should include: - Team player - Interpersonal skills - Planning and analysis - Achievement orientation - Problem-solving - Customer focus - Communication - Learning and innovation - Business achievement This role requires a relevant experience of 5-8 years and an educational qualification of BE/B-Tech.,
