Executive-PCR

Role Overview: You will be working as an Executive-PCR at Apollo Tyres Ltd in Chennai Office. Your main responsibility will be to warehouse Passenger Car Radial Tyre at rated output with stipulated quality, meeting delivery and safety norms to fulfill the Business Unit Objective through effective utilization of resources. Key Responsibilities: - Improve Visual Inspection output with respect to Daily Curing Production - Assure Quality of the Process & Tyre as per the Customer requirements (OE & Replacement) - Ensure Physical Stock and Inventory verification between FGS and BU4 (Cimcorp, SAPMII, and SAP) - Coordinate overall Safety activities in BU4 Curing and Final Finish - Monitor, Analyze, and Circulate Daily MIS to Stakeholders including Minor Rejection, Scrap, First Line Rejection, Visual Output - Ensure NCMR Classification on a daily basis - Improve the final finish output through the optimization of Visual inspection output in PCR final finish - Adhere to quality and safety requirements in PCR final finish - Ensure Schedule Adherence for MSA, Poison cake Test, Preventive maintenance, and Training - Train new TMTs in respective BU relating to Curing, final finish, and safety - Ensure all relevant documents like PIBS/SAP/MII are complete as per the procedure in PCR final finish - Ensure discipline in the PCR final finish - Promote people participation in improvement activities like 5S, Kaizen, QCC, and innovation programs in PCR final finish Qualifications Required: - TPM / TQM knowledge - Lean manufacturing methods - 5S systems - Knowledge in Tyre Manufacturing - Technical knowledge of operation of machine in the BU - Knowledge on Production Planning - Knowledge on PIBS/MII/SAP - Knowledge in safety requirements across processes - Knowledge on customer requirements (internal/external) Relevant Experience: You should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in the field. Education Qualification: BE/B-Tech degree is required for this position.,
