Job Description

Role & responsibilities T0 maintain the Operation of Soft water, RO 1 & RO1 primary water loop lines system performance to maintain - as per specified limits-maintained day to day activities & record the logbook as per QMS system. To maintain the Operation of RO2 & EDI system, as per specified limits-maintained day to day activities & record the logbook as per QMS system. To maintain the Operation of Purified water plant circulation loop & user points performance to maintain the as per specified limits-maintained day to day activities & record the logbook as per QMS system. To carry out Preventive maintenance as per PM planner for water treatment plant in additional responsible support for HVAC, Garments washing system, ETP, Air compressor system to utility function. To carried out Breakdown maintenance for water treatment plant in additional responsible support for HVAC, Garments washing system, ETP, Air compressor system to utility function. To perform the Raw water to pretreatment plant sanitization as per frequency to be carried out and record as per QMS system. To perform the RO 1 chemical sanitization as per frequency to be carried out and record as per QMS system. To perform the RO 2 & EDI hot water sanitization as per frequency to be carried out and record as per QMS system. To perform the Purified water loop line hot water sanitization as per frequency to be carried out and record as per QMS system. To perform the supervision for tank cleaning system to ensure the cleanliness of the storage system. Indent initiation of utility consumable & routine chemicals requirement to initiate and follow the materials department on time follow up actions. During the water plant operation without deviation to supply the all type process water respective areas like production, R&D lab, QC lab on time deliver to support. In factory commercial water to supply all rest rooms without deviation to supply and ensure the level of monitoring to be done. Preferred candidate profile
