Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Monitor service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, FB, and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising operational tasks and staff activities.
Review daily reports, occupancy trends, and operational requirements.
Support in managing guest escalations by providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and service areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and implement improvements where required.
Assist in training and guiding team members to enhance productivity and service quality.

Compliance with SOPs and Safety Standards
Staff Support, Supervision Training
Operational Reporting Documentation
Interdepartmental Communication Problem Resolution
Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
13 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or FB operations is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English.
Hindi or Marathi preferred for guest and staff interaction
