Job Title: Executive & Operations Manager

Location: Saiduljab, Saket – New Delhi

Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and highly dependable Executive & Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder & Principal Designer. This role is the operational backbone of the studio—managing communication, tracking project progress, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary communication bridge between the Principal Designer, internal teams, and vendors
• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ensure accountability
• Prepare analytical reports, including project-wise Profit & Loss statements
• Manage purchase orders, procurement cycles, and vendor coordination
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and administrative records
• Support the Principal Designer with planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or studio management
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, and familiar with Notion, Zoho Creator, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills across teams and vendor networks
• Excellent at coordination, follow-ups, and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
