Executive - Operations

As an Operations Manager at Mondelez DC, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including Inward, Putaway, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Unloading all SKUs batchwise and ensuring timely Goods Receipt (GR) and Putaway processes. - Ensuring accurate batch wise First In First Out (FIFO)/First Expired First Out (FEFO) picking and dispatches. - Planning required manpower based on volume fluctuations and independently handling a team of 30 plus staff with a focus on teamwork. - Ensuring Stock Accuracy and batch accuracy while analyzing and resolving all inventory-related issues promptly. - Maintaining good hygiene standards in both cold and dry storage areas. - Addressing customer/depot queries in a timely manner and collecting Proof of Deliveries (PODs) regularly. - Completing Accounts Claims Collection (ACCs) of the previous month before the 10th of the current month. - Prioritizing the safety of employees and premises without compromise and escalating non-compliances to management promptly. - Managing Goods In Transit (GIT) for timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) at stores and Regional Depots (RDs). - Analyzing and addressing complaints from stores and RDs within defined timelines. - Facilitating stock transfers between locations as per the needs, including DC to DC transfers and finalizing zones/locations with customers. In addition to the operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in Regional Profit and Loss (P&L) management, where you will focus on: - Avoiding debits from customers and minimizing productivity losses to sustain margins. - Ensuring that the P&L is within budgetary constraints. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in Customer Relationship Management by: - Providing timely support to customers as per their requirements. - Resolving customer queries promptly and submitting reports on time. - Proactively handling customer escalations and collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to reduce complaints effectively.,
