Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process, your role will involve interacting with customers in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4 proficiency required). You will be working 6 days a week with rotational shifts spanning any 9 hours between 7 AM to 8 PM for females and 7 AM to 12 AM for males. There will be one rotational day off per week, and you will be required to work from the office. Please note that no cab facilities will be provided for the commute. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in Hindi and English - Handle customer queries and provide solutions - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field - Fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4 proficiency) Please note that direct walk-in interviews are being conducted at the following address: Old Lakshmi Theatre Building, 41 St Johns Rd, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560042.,
