Executive - Operations

As an Executive - Operations at Blue Dart Express India located in VPW, Vapi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all inbound and outbound operations at the Service Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely, accurate, and profitable delivery solutions to our customers. Your operational duties will involve providing impeccable service to customers through intact and timely pickup and delivery of shipments. You will be expected to ensure the seamless connection of shipments picked up from your designated route, develop the territory or route assigned to you, and focus on growing business with existing customers in that route. Generating sales leads, sharing competition information, and continuously upgrading your product and operations knowledge will also be key aspects of your role. In terms of people management, you will be required to provide direction, guidance, and support to your team members to help them effectively discharge their duties. Monitoring the team's performance on an ongoing basis to identify key performers, mentoring and coaching subordinates to enhance their capabilities, and building a strong succession pipeline will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that the Warehouse is appropriately staffed as per manpower requirements and fostering a high level of employee engagement and retention among key performers will also be crucial to your role.,
