Executive - Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive – Operations (Live Online Courses) to manage the planning and smooth execution of various skill development and upskilling programs. These include popular courses such as Spoken English, MS Excel, WordPress Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and more.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, well-organized, and comfortable working with trainers, subject matter experts, and learners.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Executive – Operations, you will handle all major aspects of course planning and delivery, such as:

• Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth course delivery
• Assist in planning and structuring course content and flow
• Prepare and organize learning materials, presentations, and resources
• Schedule and oversee live training sessions
• Monitor and maintain the quality of training and course content
• Support students throughout their learning journey
• Manage the onboarding process for new trainers

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
• Good knowledge of teaching methods and curriculum planning
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Freshers with a keen interest in education can also apply
• Experience in academic/education operations will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with online and live training formats

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
